Licensed, Accredited and nationally respected, Chaddock was founded as a ministry of the United Methodist Church in 1853 and has a legacy of more than 150 years serving children. Today, the Chaddock team includes in excess of 175 highly trained employees who serve thousands of children and families every year through foster care and a full range of preventative, educational, and treatment services.
Chaddock is the recipient of the "Agency of the Year" award presented by the Alliance for Children and Families. Described as "innovative and cutting-edge," the Chaddock team lives their mission each day.

Located in Pendleton, Oregon Homestead Youth and Family Services Inc., is a private non-profit agency. It was originally founded by local residents in 1968 as an alternative to the State Training School.
For over 30 years, Homestead’s commitment has evolved as a multi-program support and resource agency for disadvantaged, at-risk, delinquent youth, and their families.

The mission of the Northwest Children's Home is to provide quality rehabilitative, therapeutic and educational services for children and families.
The treatment center at (NCH) is for emotionally and behaviorally impaired youth between 6 and 17 years of age. The residential programs serve youth with a broad range of behavioral and emotional problems.
In addition, Northwest Children’s Home (NCH) operates three private, non-profit K-12 EducationCenters. All three schools are accredited by the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools, and officially recognized by the Idaho State Department of Education and the Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction.
