Flex Digital Records for Health and Human Services

Flex Digital Records for Health and Human Services (FDH) is a software solution addressing the information gaps found in health and human services (HHS) organizations that typically use paper-based or spreadsheet-centric systems to manage case information.  FlexDSI’s founders, Mark Hopper and Kent Henderson repeatedly discovered these disturbing gaps during their careers as HHS professionals.  The unfortunate result was missing data needed by clients, management, funding sources, regulatory agencies and accreditation bodies.

FDH is built with The Chameleon System – FlexDSI's proprietary software development platform capable of tailoring data oriented applications without writing custom code.  Because of The Chameleon System, FDH is capable of:

  • presenting user interfaces tailored to all case touch points insuring that all critical case data is collected consistently and accurately, and
  • creating specific reports to satisfy the diverse information requirements of management, clients, funding sources, regulatory agencies, and accreditation bodies.

FDH is offered exclusively as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application hosted on FlexDSI’s secure data center.  To get started, users of FDH require only a PC with a browser and an Internet connection.  There is no expensive hardware to buy or complex software to install.

"Any organization would be crazy not to go with FlexDSI’s product simply due the ability of the system to adapt to the needs of the organization - not the other way around."
